In October 1992 in Boitekong Ext 2 and 6, BAMTA was formed when residents of Boitekong wanted to form their own Association after operating in the Kanana Taxi association. Through many challenges we have managed to prevail and managed to have BAMTA to the level it today.

We transport school children every day to-and from their schools. Our operators are affilicated with NOSTOAA.
We cater to customers all over and do cross-border trips to neighbouring countries like Lesotho and Mozambique.
We have been in the taxi industry for a long time, to entrench ourselves to our communities and easily relate to them.
We are not just a taxi association, we engage CSI programmes for the communities we operate in and also offer skills development programmes towards the youth.
Our commuters use our taxis on a daily basis and trust our service. This is a result of constantly repositioning our vision.
